We’re delighted that Agency Life pioneers DFH have joined us to provide an internship next year. Working alongside James Hanson and his team, this is a great opportunity for an MMU student on the programme to get to know the specialisms involved in financial services marketing. James’ interns last year leaned a great deal from the experience in this unusual business area. James and DFH were instrumental in helping us get Agency Life right this year and it’s great that they’re now going to take it further by working with interns again.

This year’s Agency Life Internship programme will be managed by Denise Maskew, UU’s Online Communications Manager, and will involve a challenging programme of development with a broad array of social media projects, web publishing and assisting in the redesign and enhancement of the online development process at their base in Warrington.

Right now we have 31 firms signed up to provide Agency Life internships to what we hope will eventually be around 70 second year students from our Marketing Management, Advertising & Brand Management, PR & Digital Comms and Retail Marketing programmes.

Our friends at 3 Door Digital have been busy choosing marketing student Charlotte Fryer as well as Advertising/Brand students Jo McGrann and Michael Scott to work with them, whilst Local Business Partners have been doing some serious interviewing and have chosen Aiden Jervis to help with the client-side marketing work.
Agency Life old friends I-COM have chosen their first intern for the coming year in the form of Marketing student Kate Murray and Monocore have chosen marketing student Harriet Shuttleworth to join them this Autumn as they expand their retail offering with Saints and Slimmers.
